About the Role
As a Transaction Banking Specialist in our Business & Private Bank division, you will be responsible for leading and collaborating in customer solution strategies, for existing customers within Diversified and Specialist Industries (DSI) segments in Commercial Banking. In addition, you will deliver and maintain high standards across all processes within Transaction Banking and provide as required, ongoing quality service to relationship TB managed customers. You will also be responsible for driving profitable sustainable growth of our Transaction Banking products, share customer led insights & solutions, account manage complex TB customers(conducting TB & set reviews), managing our back book to retain existing customers, and providing ongoing customer/banker education (Cybercrime, Digital Self Service), within the Commercial Banking segment.

What will your day look like?
As a Transaction Banking Specialis, you will:
- Undertake comprehensive needs analysis to ascertain customer needs and develop solutions (customer facing activity)
- Complete Set Reviews with Relationship teams to anticipate and act on upcoming needs of customers
- Accelerate sales funnel opportunities & maintaining funnel hygiene
- Collect and share market intel on industry trends including digital and cyber security awareness
- Support the upskilling of relationship teams to increase their knowledge and confidence with product, processes, and simplification
- Attend to TB account managed customers’ needs
