About the Role

As the TPRM Advisory Senior Specialist, you will be part of a specialist cross-border team playing a key role in the TPRM Advisory Team supporting the triaging of TPRM control assessment work and providing SME support for operational delivery through the TPRM service delivery lifecycle.

What will your day look like?

As the TPRM Advisory Senior Specialist, you are accountable for:

 

  • Delivering the day-to-day mechanisms that manages the pipeline of assessment work and supporting triage operational processes, ensuring the business is supported with their third-party needs /requirements, as well as Risk Domain /Policy Owners
  • Work to with TPRM Control Assessment Teams and Risk Domains to respond to complex TPRM queries
  • Maintain effective relationships with business stakeholders engaging and managing third-party engagements. This will be achieved through a customer service focus where you will seek to add-value and support the business to meet their policy and regulatory obligations
  • Supporting the delivery of enhancements in the operational excellence across the third-party management lifecycle through a focus on continuous improvement, working in close partnership with the TPRM Advisory Senior Manager

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

 

  • Experience with managing TPRM operational delivery operational excellence across the third-party management lifecycle through a focus on continuous improvement
  • Knowledge and experience of ANZ’s TPRMHub operations and end-to-end TPRM lifecycle management
  • Experience providing support for risk operational delivery related matters (preferably for a business in the finance or banking sector) using Scrum approaches, supported by Jira and Confluence
  • Experience with communicating TPRM operational delivery related matters and managing effective relationships with senior leadership
  • Proven track record of working and delivering to agreed milestones in fast-paced agile workplaces with examples of making sound and timely decisions and ability to re-prioritise work in response to emerging risks
  • Proven ability to be part of a cross-border team and providing day-to-day guidance and performance coaching for others
  • Experience managing workload across a multi-jurisdictional environment
  • Understanding regulatory requirements as they related to TPRM
  • Deep experience with data and business analysis
  • Data analysis skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel
