About the Role
As an Assistant Manager within ANZ's Business & Private Bank, you will support the delivery of strategic and operational priorities across commercial and private banking segments. The role focuses on driving business performance, supporting key initiatives, ensuring alignment between business objectives and outcomes, and contributing to effective governance and decision-making.

Work Hours: Full time 40 hours per week
What will your day look like?
As an Assistant Manager, you will have the opportunity to:
- Support the design, planning and facilitation of business initiatives across segments or countries.
- Support business initiatives and assist with execution.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, business leaders and peers.
- Manage ad hoc business requirements and issues across different business areas.
- Provide analytical support to contribute to leadership forums and committees such as Risk.
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze large amounts of data and provide meaningful business insights.
- Ability to execute improvements, navigate organizational processes, and overcome roadblocks.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize a fast-moving workload.
- High energy, curiosity, self-motivation, and initiative.
- Strong written and verbal communication and influencing skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Agribusiness experience preferred.
- Prior banking experience preferred.
