About Us

At ANZ, we're shaping a world where people and communities thrive, driven by a common goal: to improve the financial wellbeing and sustainability of our millions of customers.

About the Role

The Tech Area Architect – Get Help plays a critical role in shaping the technology direction for ANZ’s banker-assisted and customer servicing experiences. This role is responsible for defining and evolving architecture across contact centre platforms, and assisted servicing applications to enable scalable, secure, and seamless servicing journeys across channels.

Working closely with architects, engineers, product teams, and delivery squads, you will translate business priorities into pragmatic architecture and solution designs, guide transition states across legacy and modern platforms, and provide technical leadership to support delivery at pace.

This role is also critical to ANZ’s transformation toward a Single Customer Front End (SCFE), helping create more consistent, reusable, and future-ready servicing capabilities for bankers, contact centre teams, and customers.

Banking is changing and we’re changing with it, giving our people great opportunities to try new things, learn and grow. Whatever your role at ANZ, you’ll be building your future, while helping to build ours.
