About the Role

As a Business Analyst with the Risk Strategic Shared Platform, you will support the automation of end-to-end data, reporting & analytics processes as well as the simplification of business processes using automation and/or AI.

The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to define and prioritise requirements, then partnering with engineering teams to deliver tailored solutions that improve efficiency and user experience

What will your day look like?

As a business analyst, you will:

• Engage with stakeholders to capture and document product requirements
• Translate business needs into clear features, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams
• Support testing of the solution once engineering is complete
• Drive product adoption, including training and end-to-end user journey mapping
• Develop product and process documentation to support change management

What will you bring?

• Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills; Creative and innovative solutioning ability
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills to influence / manage change
• Ability to plan and prioritise to deliver the best outcomes
• Capable of leading user workshops, gathering requirements and working collaboratively with technology to design solutions
• Ability to analyse data and relay insights through narratives & visual means
