About the Role
As a Customer Due Diligence Execution Manager in our Business & Private Bank division, you will report to the Customer Due Diligence Execution Lead and you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day execution of the Division's financial crime requirements.

Work Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week
What will your day look like?
As a Customer Due Diligence Execution Manager, you will:
- Provide AML/Sanctions SME to various Enterprise programs, Business Units and Operations
- Support day-to-day execution of the customer and banker KYC journey, compliance with the Banks AML Policies and procedures
- Support threat assessment and/or thematic reviews and regulatory/industry responses ensuring alignment with risk, regulatory, and customer priorities
- Support the Customer Due Diligence Onboarding Strategy team in defining and championing for optimal processes to manage the KYC and onboarding journey
- Provide operational support for bankers and assist financial crime management support to businesses
- Partner with businesses to support them in resolving time sensitive KYC queries
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Expertise in Financial Crime and KYC with strong knowledge of and experience in the regulatory landscape (AML, CTF, etc.)
- Demonstrates a strong customer focus, consistently championing for better outcomes for customers through proactive risk management, service excellence, and ethical decision-making
- Stakeholder management: The ability to identify, understand and anticipate the needs of those who can affect or be affected by your work in order to gain commitment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge the technical financial crime elements with the business/practical application of those
- The ability to use logic and reasoning to analyse, evaluate and synthesize a range of information to understand an opportunity or challenge
- The ability to identify and assess risks, determine the corrective action required to control or eliminate the risks and effectively manage issues that arise
- Planning and prioritising what needs to be done (including people, process and technology implications) in order to deliver upon customer/user needs and strategic priorities
