As a Technical Delivery Lead in our New Zealand Technology business, you’ll play a key role in helping to prioritise and manage any initiatives that require a structured approach to delivering. This role is responsible for the design, development and quality of the infrastructure solutions - both hardware and software and Infrastructure as Code development.

This role is responsible for the design, development and quality of the infrastructure solutions - both hardware and software and Infrastructure as Code development. Infrastructure Engineering is a large and complex specialisation, covering a number of significant sub-specialisations, including:
- being the escalation point for any prioritisation related issues specific to projects
- ensure all appropriate documentation is completed
- identifying, designing and delivering technical solutions and transformation activities
- Align and adhere to ANZ strategy and governance policies, processes and standards with external regulatory requirements

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
• Considerable experience in the IT sector
• Experience with virtualisation technologies, infrastructure as code or other infrastructure automation technologies
• Attention to the detail and demonstrates problem solving capability to develop and deliver quality solutions
• Understanding of current state landscape and relevant technologies
• Strong relations managements and team building experience
• Experience with production deployments, server maintenance activities, handling security
• Good understanding and implementation experience of DevOps and CI/CD best practices
• Senior Windows, Cloud and Automation skillset
