The Regional Co-ordinator is critical to making this happen and key responsibilities of the role will include the following:

End to end event management across region. (Events can include Regional and National Sponsorships, National Roadshows, Senior Manager Conferences, national intiatives etc)

Proactively seek to enhance relationships with networks and stakeholders to foster collaboration, seek new business opportunities and strengthen ANZ’s profile across the region

Regularly prepare and manage key business communications including email comms, PowerPoint presentations, newsletters and digital content

Provide critical administrative and coordination support across the region including various regional events
Role Location: Wellington or Dunedin
Role Type: Permanent, Fulltime
Role Hours: Standard hours

As an Administrative Officer, you will have the opportunity to:
• Effectively support the business with timely delivery of reports and excellent quality of service to customers and stakeholders
• Take ownership of operational documents and ensure coordination amongst leaders
• Identify customers’ and employees’ needs as well as suggest improvements that could improve existing operational processes
• Help facilitate campaigns and incentives while ensuring compliance with applicable finance policies
• Lead engagement activities and coordination of events to ensure successful implementation of initiatives and optimal participation
• Create and process requests and invoices with close attention to details, traction and progress of activities within timelines
Ōu Pūkenga? - What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
• Good working knowledge of MS Applications, including calendar management in MS Outlook,
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills both written and verbal,
• Strong level of accuracy and attention to detail,
• Strong problem solving, time-management, and prioritization skills,
• Ability to work with minimum supervision and as part of a broader team, and
• Knowledge of Financial Planning processes will be an advantage.
