This role provides orchestration, visibility, and assurance across quarterly releases and other approved scheme initiatives, bringing structure and clarity to a complex, multi‑team delivery environment.

You will act as a key link between business and technology, translating scheme mandates into executable delivery while providing transparent insights to senior stakeholders and governance forums.

  • Maintain portfolio‑level oversight of scheme initiatives, including risks, dependencies, and constraints.
  • Contribute to schemes governance and prioritisation forums with clear, fact‑based reporting.

You will bring:

  • Proven experience delivering complex, multi‑platform technology change across large, regulated environments.
  • Strong governance capability, including concise reporting on delivery status, financials, risks, and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to bridge business and technology perspectives and translate compliance requirements into executable delivery.
