As the Treasury Manager – Funding and Investor Reporting, you’ll play a critical role in supporting ANZ’s funding and liquidity strategy. This role is central to maintaining strong investor engagement, supporting funding transactions and ensuring Treasury deliverables are met with precision and insight.

As the Treasury Manager – Funding and Investor Reporting, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Coordinate and prepare materials for credit rating agencies and debt investors, including presentation packs and supporting documentation
  • Collaborate across Treasury to support strategic initiatives that optimise ANZ’s funding and liquidity position
  • Prepare analysis and insights to inform funding and liquidity decisions
  • Maintain and enhance liquidity and funding policies, procedures, and disclosure documents
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and governance requirements
  • Partner with key stakeholders across the bank to support investor and rating agency engagement

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to speak up constructively and contribute to discussions
  • A high level of reliability, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage deadlines and coordinate input across multiple stakeholders
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong relationships and networks across the business
  • Familiarity with Treasury products and functions, and sound data analysis skills — while desirable, these can be developed on the job
