Mō te tūranga - About the role
As the Technology Manager in the Wholesale and Enterprise business, you will play a key role in the mission to deliver a significant enterprise product solution. You will:

Lead delivery and people, creating a strong collaborative culture with both technical and business teams

Follow an agile approach to deliver the enterprise solution
-
Monitors the work of technical personnel, ensuring that project delivery is in alignment with business goals, on-time and within budget

Creates an environment of openness, trust and collaboration supporting the ANZ values
-
Ensures that the various elements of the project are properly co-ordinated including availability of resources prioritised via the quarterly planning framework, and testing, environments, change control, governance, risk and compliance meet standards.

Ensure all reporting is accurate and transparent, and actions adhere to the ANZ Delivery Framework and controls.

Supporting the delivery of our cross-functional agile squads by fostering collaboration and adaptability

Coordinating the delivery of key vendors, ensuring alignment and nurturing productive relationships

Guiding technical delivery within the project, empowering teams and championing innovative solutions.

Mentoring and developing people within your team, cultivating growth and a supportive culture.
Ōu Pūkenga? - What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Experience in large, complex, dynamic technical delivery environments
- Strong practice and expertise including agile based delivery experience
- Solid understanding of delivery within cloud-based technology environments
- Experience managing external vendors and associated resolution of issues, blockers and problems to ensure high performance outcomes
- Evidence of strong risk management practice and control considerations
- Coaching, developing and mentoring skills
- Ability to manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and project team
- Strong cross-functional and time zone, collaboration skills, relationship building skills and ability to achieve results without direct reporting relationships
- The ability to engage and empower a diverse range of people/stakeholders
