As a Senior eCommerce Analyst in our Business and Agri Products team, you’ll play a key role in helping to achieve our vision of helping kiwis buy, start and sustainably grow their Business.
You’ll support the delivery of a world class ecommerce journey, ensuring ANZ achieves its prioritised investment outcomes, managing risk well, growing our Business and Institutional customer base.
Support the delivery for key merchant initiatives and propositions to improve customer experience of the portfolio.

Ka aha tō rā e kite ai? - What will your day look like?
As a Senior eCommerce Analyst, you are accountable for:
- Providing ecommerce and payment acceptance Subject Matter Expertise to support delivery of future state Merchant propositions
- Assist with day-to-day management of ecommerce solutions, including engagement with key customer channels
- Support the frontline in a timely manner both re-actively and proactively, including product technical training and suitability
- Support all operational aspects of the products portfolio, including compliance with product management policies and processes
- Drive improvement of internal processes for business products
- Build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, and wider product teams

To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
- A demonstrable strong customer service ethic balanced with strong commercial acumen
- Relentless curiosity, an ability to ask questions, understand complex scenarios and convert this knowledge into easily understandable content to grow others
- Demonstrated knowledge of Business customer payments needs, including global disruption from fintechs and paytechs
- Proactive approach to identifying, designing and delivering opportunities for change
- Strong governance experience, including the ability to identify risks, issues and ongoing management and maturity of these
- Stakeholder management strengths across a spectrum of seniority and including customers, internal staff and third parties
