Join our dynamic team as a Senior Project Coordinator in the Delivery & Change CoE, Coordination Practice! You'll be at the heart of our most critical projects, providing top-notch coordination, logistics, and governance expertise.
Partnering with Project or Program leads, you'll be the essential bridge connecting teams and stakeholders. Your role will be pivotal in integrating best practices, driving continuous improvement, and leveraging our methodologies to ensure project success.

Key responsibilities of the role will include the following:
- Developing and leading project coordination activity for the project
- Implementing standard project management processes, tools, and procedures, and ensuring they are adhered to
- Facilitating the management of project schedules and financials
- Coordinating key project governance forums with various stakeholders
- Proactively supporting project delivery activities using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Copilot and PPM, including:
- Risks & issues
- Project reporting
- Resource management
- Change control
- Stakeholder communications
- Quality assurance
Ōu Pūkenga? - What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Project coordination experience, preferably with expertise gained across multiple projects and teams.
- Expert knowledge of delivery framework and project governance methodologies
- Strong financial and analysis skills
- Experience using project management tools, including Confluence, JIRA and PPM.
- Confident collaborator and communicator who can manage multiple stakeholders whilst supporting the project management team.
- A diverse perspective and adaptive approach.
- Ability to work independently with a focus on proactively identifying opportunities and implementing solutions
- An understanding and experience in:
- Quality assurance
- Risk & issue management
- Program reporting
- Copilot
