As a Senior Manager Open Banking, you’ll play a key role in revolutionising the financial sector through open banking. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
· Join the growing Open Banking team to drive transformation and innovation.
· Work with a broad range of internal, 3rd party and external stakeholders to create new customer propositions and capabilities.
· Join this highly customer focused, innovative and collaborative team environment and bring your Products & Digital knowledge!

Ka aha tō rā e kite ai? - What will your day look like
You’ll be responsible for:
· Driving innovation through a new customer channel and propositions, ensuring needs of the target customers are met.
· Supporting the development of new capability, operational and commercial models.
· Working closely with the Open Banking, Retail, Institutional, Risk, Technology and wider teams to set and execute ANZ’s open banking strategy.
· Mentoring people, driving high performance and high engagement that will build strong relationships across stakeholders, and business units throughout the ANZ Group.
Ōu Pūkenga? - What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you’ll ideally bring the following:
· Proven execution skills with the ability to guide through uncertainty, the unexpected and competing priorities.
· Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience working with 3rd parties and external stakeholders.
· Strong communication and influencing skills at all levels, including at General Manager and Managing Director level.
· Customer centric thinking and use data/evidence-based approaches to decision-making.
· Experience in developing digital channels, products and customer propositions – ideally in an Agile environment.
· Strategic and critical thinker with strong conceptual, analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills.
· Proven ability to question the status quo, innovate and deliver innovations incrementally.
· Banking experience in a customer facing digital or product role is highly desirable.
· Enjoy working in a customer centric and collaborative team to deliver outcomes and value for customers.
