What will your day look like

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:


  • Primarily provide Tech Bar incident management and work request fulfilment.

  • This role will be expected to provide technology support via Tech Bar, phone and chat channels.

  • The customer is at the forefront of your interactions; you will be empathic, approachable and determined to resolve their technology requests with pace.

  • Collectively you will contribute to customer engagement and advocacy of the Service Desk and Support Services. 

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:


  • Graduate in Information Technology OR;

  • Have entry level experience in desktop support/end user support OR;

  • Customer service experience with a deep passion for Technology

  • Positive can do attitude and an excellent communicator; written, verbal and visual

  • You must be customer centric with a strong desire to achieve the right outcome for your customers

  • Experience in PC, LAN and networks topology is advantageous
