As the Executive Assistant to the Senior Leadership Team across the CFO Units and the General Manager Internal Audit, you’ll be at the heart of our business operations driving excellence, enabling strategic and people outcomes, and helping shape the future of our business.

Location: Te Whanganui-a-Tara (Wellington)
Type: Permanent, Part-time (20 hours/week)
Hours: Monday – Thursday, 9:00am – 2:00pm (flexibility available)

The Executive Assistant position is a dynamic and impactful role with a broad range of responsibilities. Your day-to-day activities may include:
- Providing high-level executive support including proactive inbox and calendar management, travel coordination and meeting logistics
- Be the go-to person for traditional EA responsibilities such as expense management, document preparation and stakeholder coordination
- Processing invoices and managing purchase order requests, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Leading and coordinating key engagement initiatives that foster connection, collaboration and a strong team culture
- Supporting the development and delivery of business communications, helping leaders connect with their teams and stakeholders
- Preparing and facilitating business meetings, including agenda setting, minute taking and follow-up actions
- Champion our reward and recognition programmes, helping lift engagement and celebrate success across the business
- Playing a key role in health, safety and wellbeing initiatives, ensuring our people feel supported and safe

- Previous EA experience is a bonus, but not essential — we're looking for someone who brings strong initiative, a great attitude, and alignment with our values.
