The Branch Manager role is critical to making this happen and will include the following key accountabilities:

  • Grow and enhance a customer centric culture that puts customer experiences front of mind
  • Connect with the local business and communities to help them grow and thrive
  • Drive and Implement initiatives and grow pipeline activities to deliver better service and outcomes for our people and customers
  • Shape the direction for the Branch in line with the business development strategies
  • Coach and mentor a talented team, growing their capabilities and assisting them with their future career endeavours
  • Empower our people to take initiative and succeed

Role Type: Permanent, Full Time

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Digital Focus and strong knowledge of Personal Banking products
  • Strong Home Lending skills and experience is critical to this role
  • Proven experience in Branch Management and leading successful high performing teams
  • Strong negotiation and influencing abilities
  • Demonstrated abilities to Build and Maintain relationships
  • Well-developed Credit and Lending capability and knowledge
  • A passion to grow people selflessly to be future ready through open coaching and mentoring
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Curiosity and openness to learning, experimenting and improving outcomes
