About the Role



As an Officer, Onboarding and Client Services, you will support call centre by providing customers with an easy and friendly banking experience, which identifies and meets customers’ transactional and sales needs. The Officer will also be responsible for managing, monitoring and follow up to ensure clients’ transactions are completed on time to avoid any complaint and to increase revenue by client.

Role Type: Permanent, Full-time 


 

What will your day look like?

 

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by responding to customer enquiries and building referral networks.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of ANZ products and campaigns to effectively meet customer needs and maximize product uptake.
  • Resolve customer enquiries and issues promptly, escalating when required to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Grow the customer base by identifying prospects and promoting relevant banking products and services.
  • Build trusted customer relationships through proactive service and clear communication.
  • Contribute ideas to improve client service, sales performance, referrals, revenue, and cost efficiency.

 

What will you bring?


To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

 

  • Strong understanding of operational risk, compliance policies, and procedures.
  • Good knowledge of the financial services industry and ANZ’s market position.
  • Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, and solve problems quickly.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, computer literacy, and customer service skills.
  • Tertiary qualification in a business-related field.
