About the Role
As a Finance Associate you are responsible in maintaining accurate financial records and fulling reporting obligations including external and internal reporting requirements, as well as assisting Finance Team in provision of financial information and maintenance of balance sheets.

Role Type: Permanent, Full-time
What will your day look like?
- Ensure all daily regulatory and internal reports are completed accurately and submitted on time
- Support the Finance Team in delivering local regulatory requirements, including month-end, quarterly, and annual reporting activities
- Perform internal finance tasks and ensure timely completion of reporting requirements
- Assist the CFO in preparing and providing accurate financial information to stakeholders
- Work closely with the GCC team to support Finance functions and operational requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regulators, business partners, and customers
- Assist the CFO in the execution of key projects and strategic initiatives
- Support the CFO in delivering financial results and achieving key result areas (KRAs)
- Interact with and manage relationships with regulators and external auditors to ensure compliance with financial reporting and regulatory requirements
- Support the Finance Team in managing and completing local tax audits
- Assist in fulfilling local tax compliance requirements, including preparation and timely submission of payments
- Provide support to the Finance Team during external and internal audit processes
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Proven years of finance or accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of statutory accounting, tax, and Laos regulations
- Good understanding of the financial services industry
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Excel and accounting systems (e.g., Hyperion)
- Degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA/CA preferred
