About the Role
As an Executive Assistant, you will assist and provide support to the Country Head for few main areas which include:
- Develop a highly effective partnership with and provide professional support to the Country Head, managing all administrative matters and acting as an efficient and professional contact point for all internal and external customers
- Manage customer feedback / complaints and coordinate with relevant team for their resolution
- Creating good relationship with ANZ Laos customers, acting as a proficient contact point for internal and external customers as well as manage the marketing and community affair function and activities of ANZ Laos.
- Manage the delivery and embedding of organizational change within ANZ to enable benefits realization through building the case for change, executing a change strategy, enabling and assessing readiness of the organization through managing, preparing and partnering with stakeholders, providing support across business areas impacted by the change, which may include provision of training if required

What will your day look like?
As an Executive Assistant, you are accountable for:
- Manage all Country Head’s administration, including diary management (executive’s calendar), mail, filing systems, technical support, expenses and payment of invoices
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
- Manage and co-ordinate travel, accommodation, catering and venue requirements for Country Head ‘s travel, functions and conferences
- Coordinate with relevant teams on Country Head ‘s expense and reimbursement
- Organize and coordinate meetings include scheduling, making appointments, sending reminders and organising catering when required
- As required, arrange and attend meetings with the Country Head to provide effective interpretation of proceedings
- Prepare, co-ordinate and distribute agendas, minutes and other presentations
- Welcome customer feedback/complaints as an opportunity to learn and take personal responsibility for their resolution
- Manage effective stakeholder engagement, maintaining consistent, clear and concise communications with the customer
- Represent the Country Head and ANZ at designated customer, community and government functions and events
- Lead, and be accountable for, in organizing important functions of ANZ Laos as directed by the Country Head
- Oversee and manage Marketing and Community Affair activities and establish working relationships with local community
- Drive related Corporate Social Responsibility activities for Lao ensuring that all activities add value towards building the ANZ brand
- Establish/maintain sound, collaborative working relationships with in country and regional stakeholders regarding to Corporate Social Responsibility
- Coordinate with regional/group stakeholders on behalf of/as requested by the Country Head
- Liaise between the Country Head and regulatory bodies to coordinate key executive communications and representations
- Act as a professional, efficient and customer-focused interface between internal/external customers and the Country Head
- Establish working relationships with Country Head’s direct reports to ensure they are provided with effective administrative support, where required
What will you bring?

- Proven administrative knowledge and background
- Highly organized and influential with excellent interpersonal and networking skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate clearly
- Ability to prioritise effectively and work to tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication (both in Lao and English), planning, problem solving and organising skills
- Experience managing partners, third parties, marketing budgets and resources
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience working with community organisations
- Passion and drive to “make life better” for staff and the community
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Tertiary qualification in related discipline
