We're looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Banking Consultant to join our Retail Banking team. In this role, you'll help customers with their everyday banking needs, provide tailored financial solutions, and support them in using ANZ's digital banking services. You'll play an important role in creating seamless customer experiences while building strong relationships and customer advocacy.

Work Hours: Full Time (20 hours per week)

Deliver exceptional customer service and support across a range of banking transactions.Engage customers in meaningful conversations to understand their financial needs and goals.Promote and educate customers on ANZ's digital banking solutions.Help customers access products and services aligned to their needs and accreditation level.Work collaboratively with your team to enhance customer experiences and branch performance.Maintain strong compliance and risk management practices.

A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.Confidence using digital tools and technology.Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.A collaborative mindset and willingness to support team success.An understanding of compliance, risk, and customer care principles.Previous retail, customer service, or banking experience is advantageous.
