This is a permanent – full time role and can be based in Far North QLD or North QLD. This includes cities of Townsville, Atherton, Cairns, Mackay and surrounds. Let us know what works for you.

 

As an Asset Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Drive profitable, sustainable growth of Asset Finance products in Commercial
  • Deliver industry expertise through an intrinsic understanding of industry specific customer needs
  • Extend excellent customer experience to customers within designated segment, providing quality, timely and precise responses
  • Strengthen and deepen the value of customer relationships by educating them with key insights on how they can use Asset Finance better
  • Maintain composure under adversity and be able to manage multiple transactions concurrently
  • Raise the Asset Finance brand and profile through collaboration and customer engagement as well as active engagement with stakeholders and enablers
  • Continually develop own capabilities in line with business requirements
  • Compliance and adherence with ANZ policies, processes, and standards as well as with external regulatory requirements
  • Identify risk issues within processes and determine remediation requirements

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Financial background with a strong understanding of the Equipment Financing Industry and previous customer service experience, supporting key relationship referral points.
  • Excellent personal organisation and time management skills, with the ability to coordinate workflow through prioritisation of tasks and calendar management, etc.
  • Ability to use initiative and work autonomously in ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Strong Asset Finance product knowledge
  • Sales and networking experience with relationship building skills and the ability to manage clients.
  • Demonstrated sales prospecting skills with a proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets/results
  • The ability to read and interpret financial data to support Equipment financing credit applications
