Our high-performing teams of Relationship Associates play a critical role in making this happen, by supporting our Relationship Managers in making banking easier for customers, providing customer solutions and insights by conducting financial analysis, along with lending support for designated customer groups. This role is ideal for those with an eagerness to grow into Relationship Management responsibilities or to grow and develop as a specialist Relationship Associate. You will support our Senior Relationship Managers in looking after our large-scale Agri Customers across the Bay of Plenty. Your success will provide numerous development opportunities within our Business team, and the wider ANZ business.

 

Role Location: Tauranga

Role Type: Permanent, Full Time

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:

 

  • Background or experience within the Agribusiness sector, an understanding of Horticulture would be an advantage

  • Great financial literacy, analytical skills, commercial and business acumen is preferred but not essential

  • Strong analytical ability to assess and interpret implications of financial trends is preferred but not essential

  • Prior experience working with stakeholders and establishing and managing relationships in a customer delivery role/customer experience

  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral

  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise

  • Experience in the banking industry is advantageous, but not a requirement
