As a Banking Consultant in our Tauranga and Bayfair branches team, you’ll play a vital role in supporting everyday banking needs, building trusted relationships, and guiding customers through simple and sometimes life-changing financial decisions. Whether it’s assisting with a quick transaction or introducing someone to our digital tools, you’ll make banking feel approachable and easy.

Role Location: Tauranga and Bayfair
Role Type: Secondment, 12 months
Role Hours: Tuesday-Friday at Tauranga (30 hours per week), Saturday at Bayfair (7.5 hours per week)

- Welcome customers and help them with a range of banking needs
- Identify customers’ needs and refer to other business units
- Have meaningful conversations to understand what matters to each customer
- Introduce digital banking tools in a way that feels simple and empowering
- Guide customers through opening accounts, updating details, or exploring new products
- Keep our banking safe by following compliance practices
