About the Role
As a Document Sourcing and Communications Officer, Collect, you are responsible in collating and presenting customer loan documentation to the customer resolution team. The documents need to be presented in an accurate and timely manner so remediation activities can proceed on time. In addition, there is outbound calling to customers to let them know there has been an issue with their loan and it has been corrected.

Role Location: ANZ Branch Bairiki, Tarawa, Kiribati
Role Type: Full-time; 6-months fixed term contract
What will your day look like?
The role is also responsible for:
- Providing correct source documentation in a timely and accurate manner to the customer resolution team.
- Calling customers to let them know there has been an issue with their loan and it has been corrected.
- Preparing and sending letters/emails to customers to let them know of the correction.
- Ensure all activities comply with local regulatory and compliance frameworks.
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Excellent technical skills in reporting, analysis, including advanced excel skills.
- High level business acumen, in depth understanding of business financials and fundamentals.
- A good understanding of the banks’ lending documents and frameworks and understanding of financial products.
- Ability to communicate with customers, display empathy whilst setting very clear expectations during courageous conversations.
- Self-managing, self-motivated and excellent time management skills
- Strong problem solving, analytical and decision-making ability.
- Financial or business tertiary qualification.
