About the Role

As a Senior Analyst, Accounts Payable, you will provide subject matter expertise in accounts payable operations, ensures the accurate, timely, and compliant processing of supplier invoices and payments, supports governance and control objectives, and plays a key role in driving process efficiency, issue resolution, and continuous improvement across end‑to‑end invoice‑to‑pay activities.

You will be responsible for ensuring the accurate, timely, and compliant processing of supplier invoices and payments in line with organisational policies, service level agreements, and regulatory requirements.

What will your day look like?

As a Senior Analyst, Accounts Payable, you will

• Administer expenses, monitor reimbursements, and ensure adherence to corporate expense policies
• Prepare reconciliation and ledger reports and submit them to the Accounts Manager
• Coordinate with various departments to maintain records for accounts payable and receivable
• Perform monthly vendor and staff payment reconciliations
• Act as a subject matter expert across accounts payable functions
• Develop effective working relationships to support the achievement of key milestones and business objectives
• Demonstrate ANZ values in day‑to‑day activities
• Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with guidelines, laws, and regulations
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

• Thorough understanding of general accounting
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and deliver within short turnaround timelines
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to management queries
• Strong attention to detail with high levels of accuracy
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and adaptable environment
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel with a strong working knowledge
