About the Role
As a Property Manager, you are responsible for the day-to-day management of ANZ Taiwan’s property portfolio, ensuring all sites are safe, compliant, well-maintained and fit for purpose. You play a key role in supporting business continuity by maintaining reliable building operations and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
You will act as the primary point of contact for occupants, landlords, managing agents and service providers, while also overseeing supplier performance, property records, and operational expenditure to drive effective and efficient portfolio management.
You will be responsible for the ongoing management of ANZ Taiwan properties, ensuring effective building operations, maintenance, compliance and stakeholder service and work with internal stakeholders and external providers (e.g., landlords, managing agents and contractors) to deliver safe, compliant and cost-effective workplaces, while embedding risk management and well-managed property practices.

What will your day look like?
As a Property Manager, you will;
- Oversee the day-to-day management of ANZ Taiwan’s property portfolio
- Ensure all sites are safe, compliant, well maintained and fit for purpose
- Plan and coordinate reactive and preventative maintenance, tracking work orders through to completion
- Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate rectification of defects, housekeeping issues and safety hazards
- Manage building services and supplier performance (e.g. cleaning, security, HVAC, fire services) including service level reviews and escalation
- Act as the primary point of contact for occupants, landlords, managing agents and internal stakeholders
- Respond to occupant requests and coordinate timely resolution of property-related issues
- Coordinate minor works and small projects, including quotations, scheduling, on-site supervision and handover
- Prepare and manage property operating budgets (OPEX), forecasts and monthly reporting
- Review and approve invoices, rent and outgoings in line with delegations and supporting documentation
- Maintain property records, lease data and documentation including compliance certificates, asset registers and critical dates
- Partner with procurement and internal teams to manage supplier engagements, contracts and purchasing processes
- Act as Fire Safety Manager and the primary point of contact for district fire department.
- Lead the fire drill exercise to ensure compliance with the country and group security requirements.
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Ability to manage day-to-day property operations across a portfolio
- Experience in budgeting, financial management and monitoring operating expenditure
- Strong stakeholder management skills across occupants, landlords, managing agents and service providers
- Ability to manage supplier performance and service contracts effectively
- Experience coordinating maintenance, inspections and minor works
- Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English to engage effectively with regional stakeholders and local suppliers
- Strong attention to detail in maintaining property and compliance documentation
- Understanding of procurement processes, supplier negotiation and contracting requirements
- Ability to ensure compliance with policies, local regulations and third-party risk requirements
- Experience supporting safe workplaces, fire drill execution, risk management and emergency preparedness
- Ability to identify opportunities to improve service delivery, compliance and value for money
- Ability to get the registration as Class A Occupational Safety and Health Supervisor and Fire Safety Manager is a must.
- Strong capability to lead cross-functional projects, manage project delivery and cost.
