About the Role
As an Outsourcing Governance & Sourcing Manager, you will bring expertise in contract review, negotiation and vendor management to develop effective and strategic supplier relationships across categories. You will work with Group Procurement to drive operational efficiency, quality and cost effectiveness, ensuring all sourcing activities align with global Group procurement policies and standards.
You will also lead outsourcing governance, ensuring that all country outsourcing activities comply with local regulatory requirements. Working closely with country and GCC stakeholders, you will provide guidance, communication and support to ensure alignment, transparency and adherence to compliance obligations across all outsourcing engagements.

What will your day look like?
As an Outsourcing Governance & Sourcing Manager, you will;
- Implement and execute Group procurement strategies (including RFx and market analysis) to optimise cost and value
- Lead outsourcing governance, ensuring compliance with local regulations and ANZ outsourcing policies
- Act as the key liaison between country stakeholders and Group/Regional Procurement teams
- Drive strong vendor management and stakeholder engagement to meet service and cost objectives
- Provide regular reporting, including spend analysis, dashboards and performance tracking
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contracting standards and audit requirements
- Lead purchasing and supply management activities, focusing on total cost of ownership
- Drive process efficiency, standardisation and continuous improvement across sourcing and outsourcing
- Support and coach stakeholders on sourcing processes, policies and best practices
- Build and manage high-performing supplier and internal relationships
- Contribute to team capability, engagement and delivery against agreed SLAs
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Strong understanding of outsourcing governance and local regulatory requirements
- Ability to manage and respond to internal and external auditors during audit reviews, particularly on outsourcing governance and management matters.
- Sourcing and procurement experience, with strong contract review and negotiation capability is a plus
- Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute category strategies and innovative sourcing solutions
- Strong communication skills in both Mandarin and English to engage effectively with regional stakeholders and local suppliers where Mandarin and English are the common business language
- Experience in supplier relationship management, driving performance and value outcomes
- Solid understanding of procurement processes, policy alignment and process improvement
- Ability to re-engineer processes and drive operational efficiency across sourcing and outsourcing activities
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with ability to align targets, strategies and savings commitments
- Proactive, results-oriented approach with the ability to identify opportunities and drive outcomes
