About the Role
As Officer, Lending Documentation & Security in our Institutional Operations team you will be responsible for simultaneously managing multiple end-to-end client services which will mainly focusing on Documentation and Security management but might also involve KYC/Onboardings and Client Service to implement our products to our new and existing Institutional customers.
The key responsible area for the role is in liaising with customers and internal stakeholders to identify product & service requirements and propose and implement solution. It is expected that the incumbent has excellent stake holder management and communication skills to develop strong relationships with our customers and gather technical requirements with high attention to detail.
The position is further required to be an integral component of any AML/Sanctions/CTF projects/programmes business operations, working with all facets of the business in achieving its purpose and business objectives. The incumbent must be able to initiate, recommend and support any risk based solutions to achieve well managed, sustainable and compliant outcomes.

What will your day look like?
As a As an Officer, Lending Documentation & Security you will;
- Develop and implement improvement initiatives providing measurable benefits.
- Measure and evaluate improvements in standards and their impacts.
- Focus on client orientation and refine business focus.
- Deliver and communicate onboarding propositions to stakeholders.
- Coordinate servicing functions per SLAs and productivity targets.
- Handle escalations and oversee service remediation tasks.
- Manage client relationships with ANZ business stakeholders.
- Coordinate onboarding cases for global and institutional customers, providing status updates.
- Produce accurate management reports highlighting performance and actionable insights.
- Manage AML risks during customer onboarding and promote good AML/KYC practices.
- Ensure AML policy understanding and procedural adherence.
- Engage with branches for complete KYC documentation.
- Implement digital channel services for customers.
- Possess strong product and operation knowhow in Trade, payment, and lending.
- Ensure client service credibility across all distribution channels.
- Deliver effective communication to stakeholders.
- Manage Outsourcing, including GCC and vendors.
- Align and adhere to ANZ values, governance policies, and local regulations.
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

Tertiary qualification.

Experienced in onboarding/facility documentation and digital implementation.

Ideally from a compliance background.

A strong conceptual and practical understanding of client onboarding.

Product knowledge in cash, trade, markets, and lending preferred.

Proficiency in Mandarin & English is crucial for this role due to the need for documentation and frequent interactions with stakeholders speaking in these languages.

Strong stakeholder management & Customer-facing experience.

High-level oral and written communication and negotiation skills.
