About the Role
As a Senior T&C Business Partner, Global Markets, you’ll be accountable for shaping and delivering people priorities to support the Global Markets Business, and particularly the MLT members based in Australia. This is a key role supporting the delivery of the T&C function for Global Markets and more specifically the development of the workforce, driving towards our aspirational culture and understanding the needs of the business to ensure that our teams are strong placed to delivered great outcomes for our customers
In this role you will develop a deep understanding of business priorities, the needs of our workforce and the internal and external environment in order to shape the solutions we provide to the business and our people. You will coach and advise leaders in the business to help improve their own performance and effectiveness, and that of their people.
You are someone who builds strong, trusted relationships, can manage diverse stakeholders and can thrive amidst complexity and ambiguity. You collaborate well with others and play a key role in coaching, advising and challenging business leaders, and as guardian of ANZ’s culture and values. You embrace change and are able to ‘join the dots’ across different moving parts, whilst maintaining a strong focus on execution and value delivery.

What will your day look like?
As a Senior T&C Business Partner, you will:

Support the business to ensure delivery of the Division’s Talent and Culture agenda

Partner with business stakeholders to identify and develop the key people initiatives to deliver on business strategy and end-user needs

Define and support people interventions in collaboration with other T&C colleagues, to drive short and long-term performance, including effective organisational design, talent and succession management, transformation, engagement, change management, reward and recognition, and leadership coaching and development

Coach senior leaders and key SMEs in the business to help them with their key business, people leadership, stakeholder and career development priorities

Use data and insights from end users and across the business to proactively recommend people solutions and provide strategic support to leaders on processes that will help them improve business performance

Ensure core T&C policies, processes and practices are clearly communicated and consistently applied throughout the business
- Challenge the business to think outside the box – push the boundaries of thinking and people solutions and coach leaders to do the same in service of our customer vision
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

T&C business partnering experience, with demonstrated skills in impacting the delivery of aspirational culture. T&C business partnering experience in markets would be considered an advantage.

Exceptional relationship management skills including the ability to influence outcomes and coach senior stakeholders

Demonstrated experience in large scale organisational change
-
A track record of collaboration and connectivity across multiple and diverse teams to enable outcomes.

An enthusiasm to share your experience and best practice to help the broader team grow and consider new approaches to supporting the business
