About the Role

As a Change Manager in our PACT Program, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that the people and organisational impacts of projects and change efforts are effectively managed, thus helping projects to meet business, schedule and budget objectives.

What will your day look like?

• Driving the change approach, plan and delivery 
• Identifying and gathering project/cross project change impacts to define targeted plans for communications, stakeholder engagement, learning change readiness, workforce planning, metrics and evaluation 
• Scoping and developing change plans & artefacts to support successful change delivery 
• Identifying potential change risks, issues or anticipated points of friction, and developing specific plans to mitigate or address concerns 
• Supporting the embedment of change in the business to ensure PACT Program outcomes are achieved, including via engagement of Change management stakeholders across the program 
• Drafting program communications for general audiences using a variety of modes and channels 
• Organising and working with stakeholders to execute engagement as required  

What will you bring?

• Strong knowledge of ANZ Change Management practices, including: change & planning impact assessment, synthesis and change management, understanding of the ANZ Change Methodology as well as ANZ’s businesses and structures, understanding of ANZ’s project lifecycle and the role of Change & Communication in project delivery & controls 
• Solid experience in Communication, including: drafting communications using a variety of modes for different audiences, executing showcases or other rituals, drafting materials for senior audiences such as Executives, Board or external parties 
• Demonstrate the ability to influence and embed new ways of thinking and working across stakeholder groups, ensuring that mindset and behavior shifts are sustained to achieve program outcomes 
• Strong experience in Risk & Compliance Project Delivery 
• Experience with Risk and Compliance projects, preferably those with a regulatory compliance component 
• Understanding of banking products, channels, and services 
• Ability to solve problems involving various stakeholders, create shared clarity, remain results focused and balance risk and customer outcomes.
