About the Role
As a Relationship Credit Assistant Manager in Specialised Agribusiness team, you will be responsible for credit analysis and customer support, working closely with Senior Relationship Credit Manager and Senior Relationship Manager. You will also ensure sound risk management is maintained for the portfolio and will require a close working relationship with credit partners and product specialists.

Work Hours: 40 Hours/week
What will your day look like?
As a Relationship Credit Assistant Manager, you will have the opportunity to:
- Credit analysis of new and existing client base in the Agribusiness sector
- Portfolio of ~30 clients with debt needs of $15-200m
- Portfolio and compliance management including monthly portfolio reviews and ongoing monitoring
- Instilling a customer centric approach to business by collaborating with stakeholders and product partners
- Meet ANZ requirements and adhere to policy in relation to compliance, risk and behaviours
- Adhere to Group credit policies and standards regarding reporting and documentation
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Relevant banking experience with a suitable tertiary qualification, preferably in accounting.
- Strong MS Excel skills with knowledge of cash flow analysis and forecasting.
- Ability to conduct comprehensive credit assessments using the 5Cs of credit.
- Proven internal and external customer service skills.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Agribusiness exposure is beneficial but not essential.
- High numerical aptitude.
- Effective stakeholder management skills.
