Program Implementation Lead
Program Implementation Lead
About Us
At ANZ, we're shaping a world where people and communities thrive, driven by a common goal: to improve the financial wellbeing and sustainability of our millions of customers.
About the Role
The Program Implementation Lead is responsible for defining and managing the critical path and key deliverables across FY26 and FY27, specifically relating to the completion and implementation of End-to-End Customer Journeys and associated elements (including risk management, risk profiles, and quality control aligned to new standards). This is to ensure closure criteria are met and activities are aligned with other interrelated workstreams.
While delivery accountability sits within the divisions, this role is critical to maintaining an integrated plan across the organisation. This includes managing key dependencies, designing the overall approach, establishing standardised reporting, and ensuring timely issue resolution. Early identification of risks and proactive intervention will be key to ensuring milestones are achieved.
