About the Role
As a Private Advice Assistant, you are to support the efficient delivery and implementation of advice solutions while providing excellent support for Advisers to enhance customer experience. You will also provide opportunity for customer interaction in order to deliver first class customer service . Customer interaction will often be via Adviser led appointments or may be through direct customer interaction during transactional activities.

Role Type: Permanent, Full time (40 hours/week)
What will your day look like?
As a Private Advice Assistant, you are accountable for:
- Prepare and implement customer advice documentation in a timely manner and assist with the delivery of quality advice
- Providing excellent customer support via phone, email and in adviser led appointments
- Provide administrative support where assistance is required in meeting customers strategic needs
- Use our process and systems proactively whilst supporting the business in delivering customer outcomes
- Act in line with our purpose and strategy to re re-engage the community, be worthy of their trust and ensure our products and services are provided honestly, fairly and are free of any conflicts of interest.
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Experience in the Financial Advice Industry
- Highly Regarded: Diploma of Financial Planning and/or related degree
- Customer-centric and passionate about driving and delivering customer advice outcomes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Resilient, fast paced with a strong growth mindset
- Ability to build productive relationships with team members, advisers and stakeholders
- Ability to identify, monitor and manage risks
