About the Role
As a Health Business Banking Manager in our National Health Pod, you’ll play a key role in helping to retain and grow of an existing Health & Medical customer portfolio which focuses on delivering tailored, profitable solutions for the customer and business.The purpose of this role is to build customer engagement with existing small business customers primarily within the Health industry, and provide tailored solutions and recommendations to support business growth and development

Role Type: Permanent
Role Location: 242 Pitt Street, Sydney NSW 2000, but other locations within Australia may be considered
Work Hours: Full-time
What will your day look like?
As a Health Business Banking Manager, you will have the opportunity to:

Participate in high volume inbound and structured leads-based outbound calling

Provide high quality customer service to a wide and diverse range of customers in a team-based managed portfolio

The retention and growth of existing customers
-
Understand customer ambitions and help them realise their business growth and development goals

Contribute to a high performing team culture and environment based on high collaboration and rapid customer solutioning

Meet assigned performance targets across the balanced scorecard

Engage with existing small business customers

The management of a team-based customer portfolio
-
Have an effective collaboration with Lighthouse & CSO enablement teams
-
Maintain deep knowledge of the ANZ product suite to ensure customers are recommended appropriate solutions
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

Relationship Management: Building, maintaining and influencing relationships to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes

Business Development: The activity of partnering with individuals and/or organisations to pursue strategic initiatives, relationships and/or opportunities to drive commercial value

Customer Solutioning: Supporting customers by understanding their needs and informing them about relevant products or services, and/or providing considered options, that meet those needs

Credit Assessment and Management: Assessing, advising, monitoring and/or approving a customer's credit worthiness, credit risk and suitable credit structuring options based on internal credit policies, guidelines, scoring models and/or applying judgement based on prior experience and knowledge

Data Analysis: Collecting, profiling and analysing data to translate into meaningful insights to inform business decisions and deliver customer solutions.

Industry experience: Current and ongoing understanding of industry trends. This includes in depth understanding of the drivers of the chosen industry, practical knowledge, market & competition factors, key customer success indicators, supplier/contract norms, credit approval drivers, and understanding of strategy application within the industry
