About the Role
As an Executive Assistant, you’ll provide high-quality executive and administrative support to the Managing Director, Transaction Banking, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the executive function. The role requires a proactive, highly organised professional who can manage competing priorities, exercise sound judgement, and operate with discretion across a complex stakeholder environment spanning multiple regions and time zones.

What will your day look like?
As an Executive Assistant, you are accountable for:
• Diary management inclusive of meetings, appointments and weekly travel itineraries\logistics.
• Management of all flight, transfers, visas and accommodation bookings, ensuring cost effectiveness.
• Managing costs and financial forecasting
• Invoicing and expenses management
• Resource Management (keeping check on monthly FTE/contractor numbers)
• Ensuring key governance meetings are set up
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Experience in an Executive Assistant role supporting senior executives (GM / MD level or equivalent)
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgement and work autonomously
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Experience coordinating international travel and multi-timezone scheduling
