About the Role

As an Executive Assistant in our Markets Technology Domain, you will support two Executive Managers (G2), ensuring that their day-to-day activities run seamlessly.

 

Our Markets Technology team is responsible for all technology assets used by ANZ's Institutional Markets business, delivering top-tier Fixed Income, FX, and Commodities services to our global customers. This role offers unparalleled global exposure and significant career growth opportunities.

Role Type: 7 months secondment/fixed term
Role Location: 242 Pitt St, Sydney NSW

What will your day look like?

As an Executive Assistant, you are accountable for:

 

  • Diary Management: Schedule internal/external meetings, manage travel itineraries, and ensure all documents are prepared. 
  • Travel Management: Book flights, transfers, visas, and accommodations, ensuring cost-effectiveness. 
  • Event Management: Coordinate catering and venue requirements for conferences and business forums in Sydney, Melbourne, Singapore, and India. 
  • Expense Management: Reconcile monthly expenses, ensuring compliance with expense policies. 
  • Data Management: Maintain shared drives, Confluence, and MS Teams for executives. 
  • Delegation: Provide relief cover for the CIO of Institutional Technology. 
  • Floor Management: Handle on/off boarding and manage building/data drive access. 

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting senior executives. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant ANZ systems (e.g., Concur, FCM portal, SuccessFactors). 
  • Strong ability to manage priorities and conflicting issues. 
  • Proven ability to build collaborative working relationships. 
  • Demonstrated initiative and proactive problem-solving skills.
