Our customer focused proposition and enthusiastic, committed team has helped generate significant growth and we now have a number of opportunities for business to business sales professionals to join us and help build our success further.
Your role as a Business Banking Manager is to build customer engagement with existing small business customers primarily within your area and provide tailored solutions and recommendations to support business growth and development.

What will your day look like?
To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:

Participation in high volume inbound and structured leads-based outbound calling

Providing high quality customer service to a wide and diverse range of customers in a team-based managed portfolio

Retention and growth of existing customers
-
Ability to understand customer ambitions and help them realise their business growth and development goals.

Contribution to a high performing team culture and environment based on high collaboration and rapid customer solutioning.

Meeting assigned performance targets across the balanced scorecard.

Engaging with existing small business customers
-
Management of a team-based customer portfolio
-
Effective collaboration with Lighthouse & CSO enablement teams
-
Maintaining deep knowledge of the ANZ product suite to ensure customers are recommended appropriate solutions

What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
• Proven experience in relationship management, business development, portfolio and/or account management,
• Previous experience in banking/financial/accounting, or relevant experience would be beneficial, but not essential,
• Ability to work independently, work with a team with proven analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills,
• Proven networking skills to enhance customer relationships, maximize, and grow portfolios, and
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
