ANZ is seeking a dynamic and driven professional to join our Institutional Banking team as an Associate Director / Senior Associate in Transaction Banking – Payments & Cash Management (PCM). This is your chance to be part of one of ANZ’s most forward-thinking business units, where innovation meets impact.
Reporting to the Director of Payments & Cash Management, NSW, you’ll manage and grow a portfolio of high-profile institutional clients. You’ll be at the forefront of driving customer-centric sales strategies, collaborating across teams, and delivering tailored solutions in a rapidly evolving payments landscape.

Work Hours: Full-time, 40hrs/week
What will your day look like?
The primary activities of the role cover:
- Retaining and expanding client relationships.
- Adopting strategic sales initiatives with a customer-first mindset.
- Providing expert guidance on treasury, liquidity, and cash flow optimisation.
- Leading the adoption of forward-looking strategies that prepare clients for industry changes.
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless solutions.
- Navigating stakeholder dynamics and exceeding expectations.

- Exceptional relationship and communication skills with a professional presence.

- A deep knowledge of treasury and liquidity solutions, as well as digital and payments innovations.
