We're looking for an Assistant Manager, CAP/CACHE to support business growth, strengthen customer relationships, and deliver outstanding banking solutions. Working closely with Relationship Managers and product specialists, you'll help drive customer success while ensuring strong risk and compliance outcomes.

Support and grow a portfolio of business banking customers.Identify new business opportunities and drive customer profitability.Partner with specialists to deliver tailored financial solutions.Conduct financial analysis and support credit assessments.Build strong stakeholder relationships and deliver exceptional customer experiences.Maintain sound risk, compliance, and portfolio management practices.

2+ years' experience in banking or financial services.Strong financial analysis and credit assessment skills.Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.A proactive, customer-focused mindset with a commitment to excellence.
