About the Role
As an Assistant Manager in our Team, you’ll play a key role in helping clients to achieve their goals and aspirations while maintaining compliance objectives and supporting the Relationship Manager thorough credit assessments for Agribusiness customers.

Role Location: 242 Pitt Street, Sydney or 186 Baylis Street Wagga Wagga, NSW
What will your day look like?
As an Assistant Manager, you will have the opportunity to:

Maintaining a well-managed portfolio compliant with all relevant policies and procedures.

Maintaining control of workflows across all compliance and customer fulfilment process
-
Acting in the best interest of the customer and applying a customer-centric approach
-
Proactively developing and maintaining a detailed understanding of customer business and financial needs
-
Providing appropriate solutions towards account maintenance and simple customer requests
-
Supporting the management of a portfolio of Specialist customers
-
Collaborating with Product Partners and other stakeholders to fulfil customer needs
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:

Customer solutioning: Supporting customers by understanding their needs and informing them about relevant products or services, and/ or providing considered options, that meet those needs.

Credit Analysis: The ability to assess a customer's ability to fulfill their credit obligations, considering both qualitative and quantitative factors such as character, capital, capacity to repay, collateral (security) and conditions (the 5Cs of credit).

Relationship management: Building, maintaining and influencing relationships to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

Compliance and policy management: Identifying and interpreting applicable laws, rules, codes and standards to create and/or manage policies, processes and procedures, including how these are organised, reviewed and communicated.

Ability to support credit approval activities with proficiency in credit assessment and management.
