About the Role

As an Advisor, Specialised Credit (Agribusiness and Commercial Real Estate) – Business and Private Bank in Group Risk, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Agribusiness and CRE business through accurate credit assessment and adherence to credit principles, policies, and procedures. 

Working closely with business and risk stakeholders, you will contribute to maintaining portfolio quality through accurate execution and adherence to risk standards. 

This is an opportunity to apply your credit expertise to complex, high-impact decisions while building strong partnerships across ANZ and helping shape sustainable outcomes for customers and communities.

What could your day look like?

Your role will involve:

• Assisting in credit assessment and preparation of submissions for Agribusiness and CRE transactions
• Supporting analysis, documentation, and reporting requirements for credit decisioning
• Engaging with stakeholders to gather information and support credit processes
• Ensuring compliance with credit policies and escalating issues where required.

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

• Understanding of risk management or governance processes and ability to undertake credit assessment
• Good analytical and problem-solving capability
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage data accurately
• Clear verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders
• Attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
