About the Role

As an Advisor, Specialised Credit (Agribusiness and Commercial Real Estate) – Business and Private Bank in Group Risk, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Agribusiness and CRE business through accurate credit assessment and adherence to credit principles, policies, and procedures. 

Working closely with business and risk stakeholders, you will contribute to maintaining portfolio quality through consistent execution and risk awareness.  

This is an opportunity to apply your credit expertise to complex, high-impact decisions while building strong partnerships across ANZ and helping shape sustainable outcomes for customers and communities.

What could your day look like?

Your role will involve:

• Performing credit assessment and decisioning for Agribusiness and CRE transactions, ensuring timely and accurate outcomes
• Engaging with stakeholders to provide credit input and support decision-making
• Preparing analysis and documentation to support credit approvals and reporting
• Identifying and escalate risks while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

What will you bring?

• Sound credit assessment and decision-making capability with exposure to Agribusiness and CRE or commercial lending
• Ability to manage priorities and deliver quality outcomes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills and stakeholder engagement skills
• Is an advocate of change and leads with clarity and conviction, all the while fostering a positive, open mindset and helping their team adapt confidently to evolving business and risk environments.
