The Account Manager, Transaction Banking is critical to making this happen and will be responsible for managing and growing revenue derived from a portfolio of high value Institutional clients across a broad cross section of industries.

 

The key accountabilities are:

  • Drives business origination, and focused organic growth strategy and capability
  • Achievement and growth of revenue targets, as well as growth in FUM (average balances)
  • Drive customer centric sales strategies at the portfolio level
  • Growth in share of wallet / cross-sell, and increase in number of customers
  • Effective pipeline management using Mercury and sales process

 

Role Location: 242 Pitt Street, Sydney NSW 2000

Schedule: Full-time, 40hrs/week

Role Type: Permanent

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to think laterally and the flexibility to work in an environment of constant change
  • Ability to identify future needs of clients through key questioning techniques
  • Good understanding of Working Capital Management (at both financial and operational levels)
  • Understanding of transaction banking solutions
  • Client facing experience (in a sales capacity)
  • Understanding and experience with dealing with Corporate and Institutional customers is an advantage.
  • Strong financial modelling skills
  • High learning agility to develop a detailed understanding of the Transaction Banking / Payments & Cash Management product suite and structured sales processes
