Role Location: ANZ Pacific Operations, Kalabu

Role Type: Permanent, full-time


As a Retail Service Support Officer, you will be responsible for all post fulfilment functions, including disbursal of personal loans, home loans, secured loans accurately into customers’ accounts, processing transactions in timely manner without compromising ANZ's risks, attending to any additional delegated tasks such as managing queries received from stakeholders, attending to daily reviews of loan facilities. You will also require cross-skilling into other business functions as delegated.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following -

  • Proven experience in the banking/financial services industry
  • Good understanding of retail lending policies, procedures and documentation
  • Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and meet cut-offs
  • Ability to negotiate to achieve beneficial outcomes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
