The Specialist Business Partner is critical to making this happen and will:

Undertake a range of performance management activities including planning, forecasting, reporting and analysis;

Work closely with the Pacific businesses, NZ Division and the Group to set and monitor productivity targets and provide financial insights and advice to drive decision-making;
-
Assist with Group and the Pacific leadership team deliverables including half-year and year-end analysis and monthly reporting to PEOC and PLT
-
Manage performance through monthly reviews of actual vs forecast or plan, including analytical reviews, variance analysis while providing insights and key drivers ;

Monitor project costing and perform RWA, NIM and other analysis as required;

Drive continuous improvements of FP&A processes to drive efficiencies and put in place best practice cost management; and
-
Manage and mitigate business regulatory and operational risks.

What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

Bachelor's degree in Business/Accounting/Management/Commerce (required).

CPA/CA or financial qualification (preferred).
-
7-12 years of professional experience in FP&A/Finance roles.

Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills.
-
Knowledge of statutory and regulatory requirements.
-
Deep knowledge of analytics, MIS, and finance systems.
