About the Role

As a Face-to-Face Service Consultant, you will:

  • Be trained to provide exceptional customer experience through quality interactions over the phone, e-mail or online that meet customers financial transaction needs at the first pint of contact, and identify any additional needs for referral;

  • Become a digital champion

  • Demonstrate sound knowledge of the banks internet banking and Pacific Banking App and other access solutions.

  • Learn the ability to problem solve and educate customers;

  • Identify any product that may benefit the customers and refer them on to the relevant person or area of the Bank to help them further 

  • Provide support to customers in Fiji and other Pacific countries where ANZ is present.

What will you bring?


To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Prior experience in inbound customer service environments with demonstrated strong customer service skills;

  • Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills;

  • A desire to understand people and respond constructively with empathy;

  •  Knowledge of call centre telephony, customer service principles and practices with attention to detail and accuracy;

  • High level of computer literacy; and

  • The ability to thrive in a team-environment
