What will your day look like?


As the Senior Talent & Culture Business Partner, you will be responsible for:

•    Partnering with senior leaders to deliver people strategies that support business performance, organisational effectiveness and long-term growth.
•    Coaching, influencing and challenging leaders on workforce, leadership, culture, talent and organisational priorities.
•    Leading strategic initiatives across workforce planning, organisational design, talent and succession, leadership development, engagement and transformation.
•    Building strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business, Talent & Culture community, and external bodies to support business outcomes.
•    Representing Talent & Culture in key business forums, projects and governance discussions, ensuring people considerations are embedded in decision-making.
•    Leveraging workforce data, insights and external trends to identify opportunities and recommend strategic people solutions.
•    Partnering with specialist Talent & Culture teams to deliver initiatives across the employee lifecycle and maximise value for the business.
•    Championing ANZ's culture, values and inclusion agenda while building leadership capability and high-performing teams.
•    Supporting leaders with strategic stakeholder engagement, including union representatives, regulators and government agencies, in partnership with relevant subject matter experts where required.

What will you bring?


To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

•    Extensive experience as a strategic HR Business Partner or in a similar people leadership role, partnering with senior leaders to deliver business and people outcomes.
•    Strong business acumen, with the ability to align people strategies to organisational priorities and commercial objectives.
•    Exceptional relationship management, influencing and coaching skills, with the ability to build credibility and challenge constructively at senior levels.
•    Demonstrated experience leading organisational change, workforce transformation, organisational design and talent initiatives.
•    Experience engaging and collaborating with a broad range of stakeholders across business, support functions and external networks to achieve positive outcomes.
•    A track record of delivering strategic outcomes in fast-paced and evolving environments while balancing business needs, risk and employee experience.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and insights to inform decision-making and shape people strategies.
•    A collaborative approach, with a proven ability to build strong partnerships across diverse teams, functions and geographies.
•    Resilience, adaptability and a growth mindset, with a passion for helping leaders, teams and organisations thrive through change.
•    The ability to think strategically while remaining hands-on, translating ideas into practical and impactful outcomes.
