About the Role

As Manager, Research & Analysis, you will play a pivotal role in enabling informed decision-making and supporting business objectives. You will:
•    Deliver high-quality counterparty and industry analysis.
•    Provide insights that clearly articulate risks, mitigants, and commercial drivers.
•    Collaborate across the business to ensure comprehensive risk management.
•    Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
•    Apply industry knowledge to develop value-added solutions and superior risk assessments..

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

•    Proven banking experience with strong customer management skills.
•    Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Business, Accounting, or Economics.
•    Good understanding of risk across credit, market, operational, product, and country dimensions.
•    Strong credit skills with the ability to deliver well-structured risk assessments and business cases.
•    Well-developed conceptual thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
•    Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
•    Highly motivated, self-driven, and a collaborative team player.
