About the Role

The Fraud and Channels Analyst is critical to making this happen and will:

  • Provide accurate, timely and relevant data extraction, reporting and analytical insights on Fraud rules and processes;
  • Assist management in making informed decisions on business and fraud strategy;
  • Manage and monitor on day-to-day basis the ongoing performance of the Fraud detection systems, ensuring that the products meet the bank's needs;
  • Demonstrate effective relationships and communications with key stakeholders concerned with banking fraud for advantageous knowledge partnerships; and
  • Monitor and help overall management of scams experienced by customers, this includes reporting and analysis for prevention measures.

 

Role Location: ANZ House, Suva

Role Type: Permanent, Full time  

What will you bring?

 

To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • High problem solving, quantitative, data management and analytical skills;
  • Working experience in relevant area such as Risk or Analytics;
  • Sound communication, relationship building and influencing skills;
  • Make sound and risk-based decisions using relevant information gathered from internal and external sources; and
  • Ability to react positively to changing circumstances and high pressure situations.
